Do You Remember Me Daddy?

Daddy you made a promise
but it turns out it wasn't true
daddy you used to be my hero
but now i hold only hate for you

daddy maybe next time the phone rings
you might pay attention to me instead
but i know that it wont happen
its just a fantasy inside my head

maybe when you come home
from halfway around the world
you might remember me again
your forgotten little girl

today i wrote a story for my mummy
my teacher did said i did well and i was glad
but then she asked about my father
he forget about me, so i no longer have a dad
