Photos With Memories

Days go by from sunrise to sunset
And no one has heard a word from her yet
She ran away without a word of goodbye
Her parents are worried and want to know why

They wish they could hold her
And tell her they love her so much
Or go back to the way things were
When nothing mattered so much

Having her gone is like an endless day
The memory of her never goes away

They pray every night that she'll be ok
And when she comes home she'll be here to stay
But now they just wait and think of her past
They're glad they got pictures
Because those are what last
