Let the rain fall on top of me
Surrounded with which the controversy,
Let the sun strike, I just don't care,
It's simply life and life's not fair,
Let the moon wander out of sight,
Let the stars darken and show no light,
They say the grass is always greener on the other side,
Well the grass started fading and the poet lied,
Let nature try and ruin my day,
Because even if things aren't going my way,
I'm sure I'll come shining through,
Coz it could always get worse, I could lose you.
