How to Stop Time

Well we got through today,
So hopefully there's a chance that we might get through yesterday.
Just shake the batteries out of the clock,
While I hope and pray that time will stop.
Allow the sun to splash around in it's rays of dark,
While the rain autmatically begins to stop and start.
And now the rain is starting to POUR,
I promised you I'd be here,
But what was I hoping for?
