What could have you done?

by wdnest   Aug 5, 2006

You may have cut yourself
You may have stood on a cliff
You may have built a rope
Or carbon monoxide to sniff

You could have done it
Every day for two years
You could be doing it now
Bringing forward your fears

You could be remembering
You could be hiding scars
You could be doing it daily
You could be running far

You could be driving
And want to go too fast
You could be thinking today
Your life would not last

You could be climbing buildings
You could be discussing life
You could be fantasiing
Over the sharp edge of a knife

I want you to know
That I am here now
Together we can learn
Together we can grow

Let me help;
I can do to this I know
I am here now
You are no longer alone
