Obsessive Dreams

by Wasted Fake Smiles   Aug 6, 2006

You think that I'm obsessive; well you haven't seen the worst,
For without my dreams, I could not quench my thirst.
I dream of you every single night, as well as day dreams all day,
You turn my life around from sadness, make my skies not gray.

Then reality kicks in, and broken hearted I become,
But that is not the reason of this poem.
Obsessive dreams, of you and me,
How one day, together we'll finally be.

But I know in my heart, this won't occur,
Because I'm sure you think I'm immature.
However, it's quite opposite, I'm really not,
I might not be the best, but it's all I got.

These obsessive dreams, won't seem to go away,
You'll continue to make my skies no longer gray.
You think I'm bad, well you should see my dreams,
And then my obsessive behavior won't be all it seems.
