God Exhaled

by FELTON PHILLIPS   Aug 6, 2006

God exhaled and all that exist came into being

Breath smelling of thunder, fresh rain and flowers
The heavens moved and the wind blew across the earth.
Trees shook, shimmied and swayed to the music of the wind

God exhaled and his touch was on our skin

Moving through our hair and across our faces
Blowing away the doubt, deceit and fears that tickled our souls ,momentarily distracting us from our destructive tendencies

God inhaled and it was the dawn of a new beginning

God exhaled and all that existed came into being...we began again.
