Take this hand, bleeding pain
Find the answer born of shame
A breath of longing left in time
As I meet the true crime

Take this hand, marking life
Falling through today's strife
Unworthy spirit, uninvited
Truth left unsighted

Take this hand, wanting no more
Slowly moving to wards the closing door
Praying so deep, hard to find
Leaving this world that is so unkind

Take this hand, so sad and alone
Find a place to call it's own
Weary site, sad tribute
Another question left to dispute

Take this hand, and promise the earth
Bringing hope to the home and girth
Make amends for times broken
Leave a promise left unspoken

Take this hand, and make some right
Moving to wards fading light
Justified hope, longing smiles
Losing memory, fading miles

Take this hand, hope for forever
Dream the deposition, this is a never
Try to find a lost cause
Leave room for a pending pause

Take this hand, and look into tears
Promises to clear all these endless fears
Make a choice, stick to the true
Make a decision, me or you

Take this hand, we're falling fast
Think now, are "we" in the past?
Driving to corruptions, are we here?
You fade a way, your choice is clear

Take this hand, we're already gone
Justified decision, you knew all along
Guided hope, we are finished
Another poet's heart is left diminished

Take this hand, weeping poet left alone
Moving to collapse in the place no longer home
No more words left to speak
This situation has turned to bleak

Take this hand, falling apart
Rip this already broken heart
Choose a weapon, hurt the poet
Killed, we all know it

Take this hand, lies falling
Words whispered, forever calling
Lies bringing forward true
And now the lies are surrounding you
