Minds crushed and hearts broken
usually from a boyfriend whose too outspoken
but not this time;it's not the same.
the guy who did this has a common name
we call them dad.a face that usually makes you smile
but this face hasn't done that in a while
he looks in her eyes everyday but doesn't see
all her pain and that he's the key
she blames herself because he doesn't understand
is this what God had planned?
screams in her pillow, asking God to find a away
because her hearts starting to slowly decay
she doesn't know how much more she can take
she on the floor praying for a break
asking the lord why she feels this way she wants him to love her for just one day
tears don't work so she holds them back
why does this love for her have to lack?
because of him she doesn't trust love

theres only one thing in this world that she needs.
but her heart is broken and continues to bleed
but if thats what he wants then she gets the point
the last thing she would want to do is disappoint
