A few things I'd change:

"cold, hard, fear" and "big, warm, coat" neither of the second commas need to be there, only the ones separating multiple adjectives. so it should be "cold, hard fear" and "big, warm coat".

"My guardian angel are you" should be "is you". Are is a plural and angel is singular.

Beautiful poem other than that. Great imagery and the rhyming scheme doesn't feel forced (my biggest peeve about poetry in general).
