It is very emotional and you clearly poured your heart into writing it. If you wanted to refine it you could work on the flow as it is a little rocky but as it stands it is very heartfelt and tragically sweet.

Thats terribly sad and im sorry you had to go through such a thing!!!
But now onto the poetry part...

"we were together for a year and 11 months,
2 weeks, 4 days, 10 hours and 27 minutes
but hey...whose counting right?"
I really liked that, it was clever haha.
I enjoyed this poem because you could really feel he emotion you put into it.
