Happiness

Happiness

A gentle breeze on a warm summer's day
Walking in the park watching little one's play
Hearing a dove's mourningful song on the wind
Remembering why you love him again

Taking your dog for an early morning walk
Listening to elders reminisce and talk
Enjoying a glorious breath taking sunset
Returning every smile that you get

Watching butterflies float on the breeze
Hearing the gentle swaying of the trees
Holding his hand on an evening's
stroll
Watching the antics of a newborn foal

Hearing your newborn's lusty cry
Listening to a little one's sleepy sigh
Watching a majestic eagle soar
Listening to a reverend one's personal lore

Hearing him say he loves you too
Lying on the grass watching the clouds in the blue
Storing each memory like a miser's hoard
Only giving them up when you go to the lord
