Night of Oblivion

by Chelsea Campbell   Aug 7, 2006

Starry night cemented in black.
Moonlight beaming on faces of clowns.
Neon lights bring much surprise,
to those that have brimming eyes.

Melodies float in the breeze.
Dancing on stiffened glass.
A desert mouth filled with smoke.
Another night yet to be broke.

Restless souls moving about.
Glimpse of peace enters the mind.
Silent whispers of secrets untold.
As sun arises regrets will unfold.
