Im sitting here with a face so sad
You have left me here with an empty hand
The angels above have taken my Dad
But why you let them I will never understand

I know things were bad but you always had me
We could have pulled through and made a new start

Why did you do it? Did I do something wrong?
How could you let me face the world alone?

Mum gave me your picture and put it in a frame
Its next to my bed for when I sleep
So I can imagine things going back to the same
While I dream of you I no longer weep

But I still have to wake up every day
And ask the question that will always replay
Why you took your life away
And left me here to deal with the pain
