Where do i go next?

by Melissa May LEE   Aug 9, 2006

I wish i could really tell you how much i cared,
or feel the raindrops like in the air,
can you feel the intensity in your bones,
when you ride in your car on your way home.

when the wind makes your hair stand,
where the touch of your lovers hands,
lingers and stays on your palm,
watching the sea\'s heartbeat grow calm.

what can make you smile,
not just for a minute or awhile,
but forever,
and ever.

sometimes when im not beside you,
and i got nothing to think about or do,
i take the memory book,
off the shelf, open it up and take a look.

my if onlys are not good enough,
i wish i could take a moment to laugh,
with you somewhere far from here,
where my mind will finally be clear.

....

i wish i could really tell you how much i cared,
or feel the raindrops like in the air,
can you feel the intensity in your bones,
when you ride in your car on your way home.
