Death walks in through an open door

by EJ   Aug 10, 2006

Death walks in through an open door
You welcome him in like a friend
You scream \\\"i cant take it anymore\\\"
Your life you can no longer defend

It has no meaning, no value, no worth
round your neck you tie your nuce
Kick the stool to escape this hell on earth
pretty soon they\\\'ll cut you loose

Her mother will cry and finally believe
The stories she told of a fathers touch
That made her feel the need to leave
Her fathers way of a sexual clutch

Nightmares and flashbacks now are gone
for she is a spirit thats been set free
from the reminders of what she\\\'d undergone
she cried in the night \\\"daddy didn\\\'t touch me\\\"

Medics are now rushing in
to see her body slowly swing
knowing shes committed deadly sin
now on the floor she lays lying

a picture still within her grasp
Of a man who tried to change her life
you could hear her mother gasp
seeing the picture of the man who took her as his wife
