A New World

by Drusilla   Aug 11, 2006

Remembering
Forgetting
I`m caught in between,

A tear falls down my cheek,
Lying on my bed,
Half asleep.

Memories running through my mind,
Like a man on fire,

The visions of time spent with Friends and Family,
Put a smile on my face.

Not for long thought,
The pills are kicking in,
As i feel them burning within,

The memories fade,
Forgetting more and more,
As the door closes behind me,
And a new world appears.
