How come you turn on me now,
Why all of a sudden are you being mean,
Why are you treating me like a servant,
To you, the "royal queen"

When did you get protective,
Over every guy you "love",
And why make-up and hair,
Is all your new friends think of

When did I become just a memory,
Of when you were a stupid girl,
And didn't have a gorgeous face,
And when you didn't own a pearl

I don't know if it`s jealousy,
I don't think that's it,
And you wouldn't be acting like that,
If you had some wit

So, if you wanna throw away,
The friendship that you had,
And wanna go and be popular,
