Ever been so down you can't get up.
Only you knew exactly why you gave up.
It didn't help with the fact that everyone falls.
It only made it harder to let go of your fall.

Reaching for forgiveness you never had to seek.
They still love you and enough to wanna seek.
They question your loss but ignore your answer.
Why are you doing this dont lie just answer.

You couldn't make it up to them.
So you decided to just let it go.
Pulling hard into the dangerous den.
Tomorrows the day to let them know.

WHY DOES IT MATTER.
WHAT I THOUGHT WAS BEST.
THIS IS MY LIFE.
LET ME LIVE IT MY WAY.
CAN I BE SURE.
THERE WILL BE MORE REST.
I WOULD'VE TAKEN THAT KNIFE.
AND PUT IT ALL DOWN YESTERDAY.

It matters to your family.

Can't believe what they just heard.
They go and correct what others heard.
Your giving them too much pain inside.
Because you never told what lies inside.

If they knew they'd all do the same.
Can't I just end my suffering all the same.
Just to be calm where I belong these days.
I'll never feel better not after all these hard days.

You left everyone behind in tears.
They called but you never answered.
To them it's not quite what it appears.
That soon you're gone without a word.

    I like the format... its new for me. but then im kinda stupid when it comes to that stuff.. i liked it tho... it helps :)

    I've written alot of songs aswell, but there not posted on here anymore. && It's hard to critique poems sometimes when you can't hear the music to them..

    It was an alright song. Maybe if you labeled what everything was, like chorus, verse, bridge. All that. It might be easier to understand what it'd turn out like.. When you were using the rhyme scheme aabb ...you used the same words, and I thought that threw it off a little. But apart from all that, it was pretty good. Keep it up.
