A Real Life Love Story(A Wish In The Sky)

We looked up at the stars and together we wished/
As a shooting star passed we would embrace each other’s kiss/
We stayed out there by the river until the mist arose/
Just you and me under the moonlight feelings still unexposed/
It was getting cold so I put my arms around you/
And even though you was just a friend I felt free when I held you/
You told me you was happy all you could do was smile/
It was the same for me so I decided to stay awhile/
Cause it was late and by now I should have been home/
Laying in my bed but I wanted to stay with you and warm you from the cold/
Soon we headed back to your place and went down stairs/
Laughed and smiled then we exposed our wishes/
Surprisingly all the wishes we each made were unselfish/
Except for the last one that is/
Then I came out and said I wished I could feel your kiss/
Then she smiled and said I wished you would give me a kiss/
Some time passed then you went into your room and laid down/
I followed after awhile and laid next to you and said so what now/
“Are you going to go to sleep and leave me awake”/?
She said no “I’ll stay awake until you have to leave okay”/
We listened to music for awhile and started getting closer/
Next thing you know we was cuddling under covers once again I began to hold her/
We smiled at each other I ran my fingers threw her hair/
For at least 5 minutes we remained smiling and just passionately stared/
Then our smiles disappeared our eyes began to squint/
Then they closed as we leaned in closer for a kiss/
We kissed hard and felt the passion explode/
Oh my god I can’t believe this is happening I’m so/
Stupid she just broke up with my friend and now this/
I could not stop I never wanted to let go or be without her kiss/
Suddenly she reached down and knew I should have stopped her/
But I just let it happen and she asked me if I want her/
I said yes then next we began making love threw the night/
Even though it was wrong our souls became one and all problems left out of sight/
I stayed there until 5 in the morning/
Then began my walk home with a smile I had been longing/
I’m in love I thought and so she was just as happy is I/
To lovers found love from a wish in the sky/
We seen 13 shooting stars that night and on the last one we made the same wish/
“I wish that I would get to feel just once this person’s kiss/
wishes do come true, well at least ours did/
