The night u tried to leave/ I remember it like it was yesterday/ came to my house n I was so happy to see u/ but then I saw that look on your face/ it is burned into my memory/ you didn't even have to say it/ I new y u was there/ immediately my eyes filled with tears and I asked u why/ your response was that it was becoming to much n the age difference was taking its toll/ I didn't even have the strength to put up a fight/ I kissed u on the cheek and just walked away/ you pulled me back and kisses me/ convincing me that u still loved me/ then your eyes started to water/ you held on to me and to this day we still haven't let go
