as i watch the things you do
although you can't see me

blind but can still see somehow
deaf but can hear too

and when you just look through me
I'll ignore the pain
i can see how your feeling tense
hiding inside with shame

if i was to walk beside
and you let me guide your way
instead of just behind you
stood watching everyday

then i promise i will save you
if you'd open up your heart
instead of always struggling through
we'll never be apart...

but you stay in your darkened box
so I'll just have to stand and watch
