To keep all sense of direction
and not to loose your way
is a very hard thing to do
at the end of the day
i know sometimes it gets hard
and things tend to go wrong
but you must keep going
you must keep strong
and when times get hard
we tend to walk away
we think life is so unfare
and we begin to pray
there is so much to learn
even at the age of seventy
so much to make you see
so much to make you happy
there are some amoungst the crowd
who feel peace all the time
who are happier than most of us
who have their lucky chime
but when it all gets a bit much
turn to those who care
beause unconditional love
is very rare
remember there is always something
that will go right
even if it's the smallest thing
the sun can shine bright
i know this may not help
if things are way too dark
but maybe listen to what it says
and let it leave it's mark
