There's a ragged kind of heartache as I lay here all alone there's a distant separation between me and all I've known it's a nagging recognition I refuse to dignify you will never hear me acknowledge that you left me here to die A hazy sort of vision the eyes I see through now are tainted with a charcoal color faded and dull somehow it's an immortal kind of moment the kind only gods can see it's a fatal thrust you've given A wound you'll never see bleed
