So Called Heart

by xoxShorteexox   Aug 14, 2006

I stare at the ground,
and try not to frown.
I've tried to be strong,
but there's always something wrong.
I stare at the sky,
and hope it will suck me in.
I've tried to hold on,
but there's no floor below me.
I stare at pictures,
and pray I could smile like that again.
I've tried to pretend there's still a heart in me,
but there's really not.
I stare at hearts,
but I tear them apart.
I've tried to play it tough,
but I'm a diamond being shattered.
I stare at love poems,
and wish everyone is love would just die.
I've tried to forget you,
but I just can't.
I stare at the ground,
and try not to cut.
I've tried to be strong,
but he's left and every thing's gone wrong.
I stare at the sky,
and my blood rains down.
I've tried to hold on,
but I'm fading into the clouds.
I stare at pictures of him,
and drowned in tears.
I've ended the pretending,
he's gone with my heart a vacation apart.
I stare at his so called heart,
and I finally rip it apart.
