Promises (Extended)

Promises broken,
Dreams lost or broken,
Hopes crushed beneath every tear.

So many tears,
Screams of anger,
Sobs of pain.

Losing all sense of self,
Anger boiling inside,
Pain filling my whole body.

Lost in a different world,
It feels like hell,
All I do is cry!

Hard to breath,
Can't stay on my feet,
Another promise broken.

My heart in peices,
my thoughts up in the air,
My face is drenched in tears.

So many promises broken,
So much time wasted,
Just to here those two words.

"I Promise!"
