Simple Complexity pt. 1

by Vic   Aug 15, 2006

The page is blank;
Oblivious to the stressful pain.
The weight of my world,
Neverending rain.

My trail of thought travels
On a road that has no end.
The more I see in life,
The longer the tracks extend.

To think without cause.
To live life without direction.
To abide by the rules.
The mind knows no vacation.

Distractions noticed
And pondered upon.
Concentration, full wit
Are seemingly gone.

The flow of thought
Surpassed the dam's strength.
Rushing violently,
Extends monstrous length.
