World Hypocrisy In Me

Within my soul the darkness grows
Two shadows swiftly juxtapose
Purification lies beyond my reach
The devil in me I can't breach

Each night provides another truth
He tries convincing me I'm used
We fight, my inner soul and I
I excel with deceitful lies

The world taught me;
I've heard well
My ambitions lurk
Where evil dwells
Yet, why complain
Of where I'm placed?
I've learnt the world,
Just lives Two-faced.
