Tragically lost love

Its not his fault
the relationship was doomed from the start
each left it with a borken heart
She cut
wanted to die
she believed it was all a tragic lie

Young love such a trial
Pushed apart
yet drawn together
true love is such a gamble,
not knowing from the start if its all going to end with a broken heart.

But this love was different
so pure and gentle
He believed in this love, in her.
he believed he loved her
but was he sure?

Their relationship was breaking
and it wasnt all of his making,
he couldnt love the monster she\'d become,
not that he hadnt tried
each cut a page in the story book of her life,
each a tale of strife
the blood has rusted the knife

He tried to love her
but she pushed him away
more and more each day
in every way

He couldnt take it anymore
he said as he walked out the door
One last goodbye was all he\'d say
coz he was leaving her now, today
Cry as she might she could not change his mind

A day later
The news spoke ahead
a young teenager was found dead
she\'d slit her wrists and died
no more pain and guilt trips tried

One thing was noticed
untouched and almost unfound
words silently written
the voices boomed over the T.V
He moved closer to the T.V,
fear and dread gripping his fragile heart,
He saw what was happening yet he couldnt take it in
The voice read the note aloud and it read:

you were my rock, you were my soul i never stopped loving you not once not at all, forgive me for doing this but it was the only way out.
