I am a Human Puzzle

by Lindsay   Aug 16, 2006

So one last good night for old times sake
I can feel the kiss goodbye was fake

Your touch is so cold
Your hands are hard to hold

They tremble from touching me
Scared of what I can be

I can be beautiful, hateful, dark and small
You saw them all

Every side of me, you got to see
The moods and pieces that make me, me

The pieces fall together somehow
I know you can see that now

You saw a girl broken and tore
Putting me back together, is what you swore

I am a human puzzle, with a million pieces
You had put me together with a love that never ceases

But where did that love go? I miss what used to be
Sitting for hours with you, putting pieces back in me
