All Alone

I looked into the mirror,
And realized I am alone.
The picture can not be any clearer.
I am on my own.

Noone even sees,
The tears I have shed.
My pain I try to ease,
And much I have bled.

I long to be loved.
To feel happy in my heart,
But instead I'm unloved.
My heart will not even start.

They all walk away,
And a little more I die.
My heart wants them to stay,
But they don't see the tears in my eye.

So I wait for someone to ask,
What is wrong.
I'll take off my mask.
That I had on for so long.

But that is just another one of my dreams,
That I have in my mind.
All along it seems,
I never had a friend.
