The Swan Song

Hey there Mr. Deejay
Will you play a song for me
I've gone and lost the one I love
And I'm in misery.

I brought her to this tavern
Where we had too much to drink
And she left with my best friend
At least that's what I think.

One minute she was with me
The next minute she was gone
And though I searched all over
She's been lost for way too long.

So now I'm perched here waiting
Hoping she'll be found
If not, I'll sing my Swan Song
And buy another round.
