My home

As i felt the shadows engulf my heart
I knew any last hope for me was shredded apart
I watched as the people in my life faded away
but in the darkness i was cursed to stay
I became one with the shadow's depth
and life to me was the same as death
So from this day on I continue alone
for the darkness that holds me is now called home
