A fear of Life

When people have a big smile on
they know they are being frowned upon
on the outside they are as happy as a bunny
but on the inside they are a little sad puppy
these people are like a Barbie doll w/ a big smile on
but as hard as a rock inside
sitting, waiting to break
always hiding and fearing from the worst think that can happen
though while hiding from their worst fear it has just happened
usually that fear is a death of a close family member
that family member won't be seen come December
while waiting for good news the only sound they hear
is the beep beep beeeeep of a heart monitor
when alone they think they can walk a mile
so those few people try to walk away from their fears
all their fears follow them like shadows
when they have dried their tears
while telling those who care
they send a box of love and happiness that comes from their heart and soul
those people try to wash away their pain by taking a bath
but their pain is still in their mind
most of these people are all around you they seem that every thing in there life is perfect
but in reality it's not all that fine
