It happened though I thought it never would
Separation from those I never should
It happen so many times in the dreadful life
This all happened from my beloved dear wife
During the months of lonesome in MIU
It did make me wonder if it should be me or you
You got what you wanted me out the way
Make sure I don't surprise you because I can play
You hurt me so much you made sure I was alone
The funny thing is you did more by taking my home
I came out of hospital to total disarray
Not only with homeless was I left with but nothing to say
Christmas came and it was the worse time of my life
Knowing my children was not with me but my wife
I got them gifts in the hope to see them sometime
But during the holidays it was found to be declined
The day itself was long and drawn out
I hope I could sleep the time off without a doubt
The presents are still with me here by my side
But they never came to me and for weeks I cried.
