A sweet little poem I write just for your eyes
As I lay here on my bed
With thoughts of you running about
And playing inside of my head

A secret kept for way too long
And I can't keep it anymore
I love you more than anything
That's what all of this is for

A hug every now and then
Maybe an occasional kiss
Is all I need to take me away
To the land of love and bliss

As you're reading this
Try not to laugh
Don't make me feel like a fool
This is all I ask

Because I've kept it a secret
And can continue to
But you can't ask me
To simply stop loving you

Because as long as I live
And until the day I die
I have no problem
Being right by your side
