Friends for Life!

Two of my friends are always there.
They always were and they'll always care.
But people change as time goes on.
Playing life as if it were a song.

But tomorrows a new day.
Who knows what will come our way.
Try to smile all the day
maybe someone will come to stay.

When people separate and grow apart.
It hurts deep down in the heart.
As we continue to grow strong.
Our friends help us to play our song.

The way life is today.
Nothing likes to go our way.
As tomorrow comes and goes.
As distance between us grows.

I'll think of them and they'll think of me.
And together we will see.
Distance grow yet we say hello.
We know this is destiny.
