My angel, where have you gone?

by grim   Aug 21, 2006

These sins that I have in me
have only arisen because you left me.
I wonder why your wings are black,
for it's only it's only normal for me to ask that.
I feel like there no other way
because my angel you've flown away.
I'm sorry for the things I've said,
like living is pointless, I'd rather be dead.
Please return to the hate that now engulfs me.
I need you so deeply to set me free.
Wrap your wings around my life.
Ease the temper that holds it's high.
I want you, angel, to help me here.
Come back now to vanquish my fear.
I look to the morning sky,
hoping that you'd be flying by.
I wish I could see my darling angel
who kept the sorrows from hitting full.
Years have past and you're still away.
The truth has finally surfaced today.
I killed you when I said I believed no more.
Your wings start to wilt before it met the floor.
I'm sorry for hurting you with my lie.
I do believe, now I wish you didn't die
