If that person went out with you in the summer and dumped you after just because you didnt call them dont go back out with him cuz he didnt put any effort in the relationship either

Hey.. well I wouldn't go back out with that person because if it was off and on like you said it was it must have been very painful for you. I know from experience and I would try somebody else that you could have a solid relationship with instead of an on and off relationship since it would reduce all the stress and the tears. Be strong and good luck with your future relationships. Hope that helps!

When i was in your shoes, I wouldn't have been terribly influenced by what someone else said - i was totally ruled by my feelings - but you asked so I will tell you what I think.
I think you'd be wasting your time. Look at it this way, if you were very much in love with someone, and concerned for their feelings and mental health, would you be that immature with them? No. You'd treat them well and appreciate having them in your life.
Be strong. Don't let anyone fool you and stomp all over you like a piece of garbage on the street. Be the one person in this world that will treat you right. Take care of yourself - your feelings and your self-respect - because it might be years and years before you meet someone you can truly trust with your heart.
