Dear God,
Why is this Happening?
I see it oh so clear,
See it in his face at night.
He sees it in my tears.
We said we'd be together,
Through thick and through thin.
But this morning when I woke up,
It was happening again.
I see this awful life he has,
He said that he would change.
Never has time for me
Thinks it's all the same.
So, as I pack my bags....
Out of nowhere I begin to cry.
What happened to the life we had?
Why all the lies?
