Lonely at Heart..

On the outside you will see,
A young and happy face.
Laughter surrounding me.
And not a tear to trace.

But deep inside I am screaming.
I am crying my eyes out dry.
No one can see the real problem
they just pass me by.

So many people around me
Yet I feel so alone.
Everyday I smile..
What is with this sad tone?
