Hearts break
Like sunflowers rise
From soiled ground,
Reflected skies

Words shatter
As the vase breaks
While tears flow
And time takes

Souls slip away
Into the end
Inhaling pain
Fate will not mend

Hearts break
Like sunflowers die
Exhumed from ground
The cruel lie
