Missing THE past

by Lindsey   Aug 23, 2006

The little girl I use to be
Grew up so fast and quickly
With the baby curls I once had
Grew out straight and I was sad

I knew i was getting older
So i should be a little bolder
but looking back when i was teeny
everything was just so easy

With my mascara on my eyes
And my lip gloss on my lips
There are just too many lies
And way to many dips

You have one life, live it strong
go about it as if nothings wrong
I'm trying to live in the present, but will it last
Cause all I can think about is the past
