This is a great start to the poem i cant wait to read more. you seem to be a very good writer- even at an age where when i was writing... lets just say i sucked. lol. keep it up. only one thing - in the last stanza i think instead of laid- you could replace it with lay. i think it would sound better, but thats just me.

This is a very good poem. You have a special talent for writing so don't ever stop! The descriptions were very nice and all the stanzas flowed very well into each other. Great job!
