The Sun shines for one

by Shane   Aug 26, 2006

The Cold confine
of this lonely room
amplify
impending doom
The door
is both open and closed
as I wait
calm, composed
Is it selfish
to plead
to nourish
the heart I feed?
Is it wrong
to long unknown
this fickle
love unshown?
Or is it fitting
to wait in vain
for rainbows come
before the rain...

Still it'd be the same
beginning or end
this undying love
I send
Love and be loved
seems horribly ideal
when you haven't
a clue how I feel

I was there sometimes this year, but like truth comes at last, you will get to overcome. I pray you find the courage to hang in there.
Take care. Your poems are gr8.
