Who are we, to judge your heart We see you as you walk along Alone, among the passing crowd Not knowing here, if you belong. Who are we, to judge your heart We are, but, a few simple souls Upon your shoulders, burdens brought We're unaware of what you hold. Who are we, to judge your heart We do not know what lies beneath The troubled soul who sits alone With saddened eyes that show your grief. Who are we, to judge your heart I'm sure we've better things to do Than sit in judgment all because We've not taken the time to know you. Do you judge us, when you see us As we are sitting in our cliques Do you ever want to scream Of tolerance, that we resist. We've not walked in your shoes So we've no right to utter words We've no right to judge your life We haven't felt your hurt. We don't know what you've seen Or how you have ever felt So we've no right to judge you When we do, we judge ourselves.*Amy is a fictional character. It's the content of the poem that is important.*
