Screaming for you in the morning light
you told me that you loved me and held me tight

you made me do the things you wanted me to
and you told me we would be together forever.
...you said our love was real

and you would never leave my side,
i was in love and had nothing to hide,

you went away to war and never came home
to your child and your love.....

now every night and day i scream your name
wanting to go back to the day..... wanting to never let you leave my side....

but its to late..
