Ok, you have, in essence, two poems here. The form for the first four lines are neat and tidy then you ramble off in the following four.

The best way to fix this is to turn the first four lines into two lines.

Also you say wanna twice and want to once. Pick one and stick with it. Personally as the rest of the poem is written neatly I would go with want to.

Again punctuation would make this poem feel complete and frame the words you have so carefully chosen.

You lack organization with your poem wich kinda makes it a mess.
Just use your grammar and your capitolization and commas periods, ect.
Stronger vocabulary spices it up too.
