THE MONTH OF ROSE\'S

by Rose   Aug 28, 2006

June\'s the month the roses bloom,
the month we meet the bride and groom,
the month in which the field corn grows,
and bare foot kiddies snag their toes,
the month in which the suckers school,
and school kids hunt the swimming hole,
they may deny and cause a doubt,
but, sh, their shirts are wrong side out,
the house fly comes and stays till fall,
and punctuates the kitchen wall,
the June bug lets you know hes here,
and socks u in the nose and ear,
and moths rest your overcoat,
and bums and insects gets your goals.
