Lonely Child

by Ngairini Pollett   Aug 29, 2006

I see a lonely child,
so cold, so weak,
I see a lonely child,
so scared she can't speak.

I see a lonely child,
filled with anger and hurt,
I see a lonely child,
made to live in the dirt.

I see a lonely child,
she can't move, so much pain,
I see a lonely child,
lying alone in the rain.

I see a lonely child ,
every night in my dreams,
it's like reliving my past,
this broken child, is me...
